SDGs in Action Award to Student
9 March — SDGs In Action Award to Student, congratulations to our student, Kentaro Kojima and group for winning the SDGs Creative Solutions Award with research titled, Promoting Helpful Attitudes: Harm Reduction and Drug Use in the Philippines.
Kentaro Kojima is a student of the BA Social Sciences program, majoring in Anthropology and minoring in Sociology.
The international pool of SDGs in Action Mentors also include CSS History Professor and College Dean, Dr. Leah Abayao.
Nine (9) students from the University of the Philippines Baguio participated in this International Online Program called, ‘SDGs in Action: Sustainable on the Go Youth Engagement Program’ which ran from October 2022 to March 2023. The program was organized by York University in partnership with universities in Asia and in Europe.
