UP Baguio’s COVID-19 Decision Tool
In line with the UP Baguio’s transition back to face-to-face classes, the Health Services Office released the UP Baguio’s COVID-19 Decision Tool. This graphic is meant to guide students, faculty, and other school personnel in observing safety protocols. The first semester of the academic year 2022-2023 is expected to offer face-to-face classes as well as online classes as part of the safe transition back to school.
With an expected increase in students and faculty coming in and out of the campus, extra measures were done in order prepare the university. Alcohol dispensers are placed near exits and entryways of offices as wells as classrooms, reminders on physical and social distancing are plastered on the building walls, and schedules for classroom sanitations are included in the planning of courses for next semester.
The University’s blended learning modality for the next semester will not force students to come to the university for classes. The different colleges of the university are making arrangements for HyFlex classes to happen, making it possible for students to attend their classes if they are unable to physically attend in campus. UP Baguio’s COVID-19 Decision tool is for the reference of students who are able to attend their classes physically and are experiencing symptoms of COVID-19 and its variants.
If ever you are experiencing symptoms, please refer to the decision tool and seek medical attention.
