Course Codes for Residency

09 February 2023 — The Office of the University Registrar (OUR) has shared the official course codes for residency for this semester. This is for all students who haven’t enrolled for Residency in the recent general registration period.

1922                                   RES                       UNDERGRAD (Residence with library fee)

1923                                   RES                       GRAD (Residence without library fee)

1924                                   RES                       GRAD (Residence with library fee)

Following the adjustment of the academic calendar, general registration for Second Semester AY 2022-2023 began in the 30th of January and was extended up to the 8th of February. The period for Change of Matriculation has also started on the 6th of February and will end on the 15th.

The OUR has released the course codes for residency in consideration for graduating students who have finished all their required units and subjects but have yet to accomplish their thesis research and writing.

Students enrolling in residency with or without library privileges must take note that the new residence fee is P200.00 . Paying students must have their payments validated by the Cash Office before issuing your Form 5. Please take note also that this may take 4-5 working days so we’re asking for your patience as the Cash Office processes your payments.
