Sociology of Festivals in the Cordillera
16 May – The College of Social Sciences, the Department of Anthropology, Sociology, and Psychology, and the Sociology Guild invites everyone to attend this forum entitled “Sociology of Festivals in the Cordillera” to be held on 17 May 2023, 3:00-4:30 PM at the CSS AVR.
Our speakers, Karen Calderon and Karminn Yangot, both Teaching Fellows of the Department and students of the PhD in Indigenous Studies Program, will be presenting their examination of festivals and the noticeable increase of such events in the region.
